Terms and Conditions

Harmony House Music Group fosters a healthy community where anyone can come in and create fairly, honestly and safely.

• Booking & Payment: All sessions must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required to reserve your session, and full payment is due at the conclusion of your booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• Respect the Space: Treat the studio, equipment, and fellow creatives with respect. Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.
• Session Time: Your booked time includes setup, recording, breaks, and cleanup. Arriving late may reduce your available studio time.
• Professional Environment: Harmony House is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and collaborative creative space. We reserve the right to end any session involving disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior without refund.
